Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Hashtag Cinema for use of CloseUp. By using the app or site you agree to them.

CloseUp is currently in beta. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted while we improve it.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be a licensed real estate professional or work for one to use business features.

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Edit credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over unless stated. You can change or cancel your plan at any time, effective at the next billing cycle.

Pro shoots are performed by vetted Hashtag Cinema crew. Larger shoots may require a $500 deposit to hold the date. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are shown at booking.

You own the content you upload. You give us permission to store, edit and publish it as needed to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload, including listing photos.

Do not use CloseUp to break the law, violate fair housing rules, spam people or infringe others' rights. Advertising must follow your brokerage and MLS rules.

Calculators and reports are estimates and not financial, legal or tax advice. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
